What You'll Do

- Choose a set list suited to a middle and high school audience, in coordination with the Worship Pastor and Student Ministry leadership.
- Coach and encourage students who are learning to lead worship themselves.
- Coordinate with the Student Ministry team on schedule, setup, and any special Wednesday night plans.

- Someone reliable, able to commit to a weekly rehearsal in addition to Wednesday night.
- Reliable transportation for the drive from Louisville.
Compensation
You will be paid $200 for each week you lead, which includes your weekly rehearsal with the student band. This is paid as an independent contractor rather than a church employee.
